About the Role:
As a Night Manager, you’ll oversee store operations during the overnight shift, ensuring the store is ready to welcome customers in the morning. Your ability to lead by example, handle customer interactions, and maintain high standards will be key to the store's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage night shifts effectively, completing assigned tasks and recognizing store needs independently.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a welcoming environment.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally, documenting and sharing details with the General Manager.
  • Ensure the store is prepared for the next day with accuracy and maintain excellent conditions.
  • Collaborate with vendors and manage receiving policies as assigned.
  • Complete daily paperwork and troubleshoot errors promptly.
  • Consistently comply with company policies and all applicable laws.

What You Bring:
  • Proven management experience in retail, food service, or fuel.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to motivate and lead by example.
  • Flexibility to work at least 4 overnight shifts per week and additional shifts as needed.

Additional Requirements:
  • Must lift up to 50 pounds and 25 pounds overhead.
  • Reliable transportation and availability to work overnight shifts, including holidays and weekends.
  • Successful background and drug test.
  • Completion of Manager Food Training within 90 days of employment.
