Qik n EZ is seeking a dedicated retail Manager to support store operations, lead teams, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and takes pride in developing people and driving results. This position is a stepping stone to our General Manager role.

Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily operations.
- Lead by example, resolving customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage and prioritize store tasks, ensuring standards are met and exceeded.
- Oversee inventory accuracy, audits, and vendor deliveries.
- Complete daily paperwork and troubleshoot reporting errors.
- Develop, post, and maintain accurate store schedules.
- Uphold all company policies, health and safety standards, and compliance requirements.
- Manage store operations in the absence of the General Manager.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven management experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and coach team members effectively.
- Flexible to work various shifts, including holidays and on-call when needed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable, personal transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work across multiple locations.
- Must pass a background check, motor vehicle report, and drug test with THC.
- Completion of Manager Food Training within 90 days of employment.
