Qik n EZ is seeking a dedicated retail Manager to support store operations, lead teams, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and takes pride in developing people and driving results.

Your Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming environment
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily operations
- Lead by example, resolving customer issues promptly and professionally
- Manage and prioritize store tasks, ensuring standards are met and exceeded
- Oversee inventory accuracy, audits, and vendor deliveries
- Complete daily paperwork and troubleshoot reporting errors
- Develop, post, and maintain accurate store schedules
- Uphold all company policies, health and safety standards, and compliance requirements
- Manage store operations in the absence of the General Manager
What We’re Looking For
- Proven management experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and coach team members effectively
- Flexible to work various shifts, including holidays and on-call when needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable, personal transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work across multiple locations
- Must pass a background check, motor vehicle report, and a 4-panel drug test
- Completion of Manager Food Training within 90 days of employment
